UV LED CURING

After applying the coating, a specific UV-led lamp is used to cure the paint on the inner surface.

The process takes place in about 60 seconds and doesn’t require post-processing. The time cycle depends on the product’s length and the type of coating to be applied.

The equipment has compact dimensions, especially compared to ordinary thermal curing furnaces or warehouses for storing curing products.

The curing technology has been defined with the collaboration of the University of Trento.
